About Susan Palmer
I grew up a mid-west girl and after graduating with a Bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, I moved west, where I jumped right back into college. I then graduated from California Lutheran University with a Masters in Psychology. The next 34 years found me in public education, teaching junior high special education for 6 years and third grade for 28 years. in 1994, I wanted to know more about real estate. I thought I could get my real estate license and still keep my teaching job, so I taught by day and studied by night.
I retired from teaching in 2010 and am now a full-time realtor. It is a wonderful feeling to see what a home means to a family, as I go above and beyond to make sure all my clients find exactly what they are looking for. After all, we all need a place to call home!
